Information
Here you can find the rules to the various parts a creature Import might have.
Most of these are mostly free, but still follow a set of rules.
It is highly recommended you familiarize yourself with this guide before designing your Import!

Eyes
Round Pupil
Horizontal Pupil
Slit Pupil
Blind Eyes
Creatures can have a wide variety of eye colors!
You can choose to have a single solid color, several colors in one iris or color gradients.
You may also choose to give your Import black, white or other colored scleras.
However, Pupils follow a small set of rules.
They should be either black or visibly darker than what they sit over.
If pupils are lighter than the eye colors without the use of Contacts the creature will be blind!
You may choose a round pupil for any creature, a horizontal pupil for herbivores and a slit pupil for carnivores.
If your creature is a hybrid with these two diets they may use any of the above.
You may also choose any of the above and special pupil shapes if using Contacts.

Teeth and Gums
Red Gums
Blue Gums
Mottled Gums
There is a few options you can choose when coloring your Imports teeth and gums.
We allow for any natural flesh colors to be used for the gums, including black, gray and blue.
You may also choose to mottle your creature's tongue and gums with a secondary, natural color like in the example!
Teeth should always be white, off-white or yellowish in appearance.
However, both Teeth and Gums may be any color when using an item like Tattoo Ink!

Keratin and claws
Lighter Claws
Natural Claws
White Genes affected
The claws of your creature can be any natural color or a color that's lighter or darker than the base color.
The same goes for any keratin areas on your Import, these include spines, horns and beaks.
If your Import has plates, e.g. Stegosaurus, they fall under the Free Areas rule listed here.
If your creature has a white gene like Piebald and its covering the areas where claws or keratin protrusions sit, you
may optionally choose to discolor the claws and keratin to an off-white or white color that can be either lighter or darker!
An example of this can be found in the above images.
The above rule works for blackout genes like Hollow and Tropical, too.
In this case the discoloration would be able to be significantly darkened or black in color.
Note that you may not use any unnatural colors without the use of an item like Tattoo Ink!

Flesh
Flesh refers to any areas on an Import that can show flesh colors.
This includes the nostrils, lips, ears, paw pads, eye tissue and more.
You may color these areas in any natural fleshy colors, including reds, pinks, orange-reds, black, grays and blue hues.
They can instead also just be lighter or darker than what they sit over or lighter or darker than the base color!
You may use Tattoo Ink to color in Flesh areas to any color of your choice.
Note that just like claws and keratin flesh areas may discolor and may appear mottled if affected by white or black genes!
