GENE INFORMATION
Unlike most other marking genes, Outline presents by creating a boarder/outline
to one other marking gene of your choice.
It has to affect the whole marking you choose to apply it to and
should remain the same thickness everywhere.

Follows the rules of the gene it affects.
EDGE TYPES
Follows the rules of the gene it affects.
EXPLANATION AND RULES
Outline can be applied to a single gene of your choice and will follow both colour and edge rules for that marking.
Outline can take on any one natural color of your choice and be darker or lighter.
Like the optional halo on Piebald and Hollow, this gene may also have a Ghosting effect!
If applied to Piebald or Hollow, you may make a much thicker halo around them,
but otherwise, be careful not to make Outline too thick or so thin it's barely noticeable.
If you choose not to display Outline or there are no genes it can be applied to it will automatically become a carried gene.
