Okapi is a gene that creates a dark pattern with cut-out stripes found on the limbs, head, neck and tail of a creature.
It is based on the real life Okapi markings and should be somewhat symmetrical.
EXPLANATION AND RULES
Okapi presents as a symmetrical hard, gradient or soft edged marking with hard edged stripes cut into it.
At minimum it should be at least 50% visible on the legs.
At maximum Okapi can present on the legs, arms, tail and head with the neck
It always consists of a single natural darker color, or a color darker than the base.
