Luminescent affects the base or a Gene of a creature, making it glow.
It may additionally make the eyes, flesh and keratin areas glow.
This gene follows the rules of the marking it affects and does not have an edge type.
EXPLANATION AND RULES
Luminescent may make the base color or a single Gene present on of a creature glow,
following the edge rules of the gene it affects.
The glow of the marking should always be sufficiently blended.
It may not affect physical genes like Transmutation or Wings without affecting the base or marking Genes touching them.
You may choose not to make a Gene or the base glow and instead have Luminescent only affect the eyes, mouth, teeth, claws or
keratin areas on a creature.
All of the above may also be combined.
When covering the base, the color chosen for the glow should remain close or the same as the base color.
When covering a gene, Luminescent may be of any single color of your choice except black.
It also has to fully cover the marking, not just parts of it.
Luminescent should have a blurred, secondary layer that adds a glowing effect to it.
This layer should always be above the lineart layer.
