EXPLANATION AND RULES
Drip cuts into or adds onto a hard or soft edged marking Gene, giving it a goo-ey or melting appearance.
Drip follows the rules of the marking it affects for both color and edge types.
It may negatively affect a gene by cutting out drips or positively affect a gene by adding drips to it, with a minimum of three drips per side.
It may cover the whole marking, but should not make it completely unrecognizeable.
Drip can only affect one marking of choice, but the marking must be hard or soft edged.
