Confetti is an extension gene that modifies Dusted.
It may either create a colorful standard Dusted shape or create falling petal or confetti shapes.
EXPLANATION AND RULES
Confetti is a hard edged extension gene, meaning it may not display without the base gene, Dusted.
You can either choose to create little spots following the same size and rules as Dusted, or create
small falling petal or confetti like shapes.
Confetti can be any color of your choosing and there is no limit to how many colors you pick.
They may display as solid colors or as a gradient throughout the entire marking.
If you choose to make Confetti petal or confetti shaped, you may optionally have
each spot exhibit different color gradients within.
