EXPLANATION AND RULES
Banding creates bands of colour that can go partially or fully round the creature. If they do not fully wrap around they must ade out towards where it ends.
Banded may optionally fade towards the head and/or tail as well, whether they are full bands or not.
These bands may present with a second colour in the middle.
